 Training Methods

Trainings are conducted via interactive methods and fashioned according to the target audience and the number of participants. Training programs can be offered either as standard training packages or may be customized according to participant profile and requirements.

 Training Material

During the trainings, training materials complying with the purpose are provided. The characteristics of the training material may be our current standard training materials or may be specific materials prepared according to the requirements, as noted above.
Training materials supplied by the sponsor may also be used if requested.

 Training Assessments

Knowledge/skill assessments are conducted before, during and/or after the training when deemed necessary.
Feedbacks are received in all trainings from the participants about the quality of training and their requests for the future.

 Instructors

Consistent with the subject and participant profile, specialists from our company or outsource specialists (from other training companies or academic institutions) act as instructors.
If deemed appropriate, academic lecturer support is also provided according to the sponsor’s requirement.
