Training

Medical training for different audiences, tailored to their needs

Our training curriculum is tailored based on requests and recommendations of our clients, targeted at different audiences (physicians from various areas of specialization, pharmaceutical company employees working in different areas, etc.), and with various focus and content. The language of instruction can be English or Turkish. Duration of the trainings can vary from a few hours to a few days, based on the content and design, and the needs of the audience.

Training methods

Trainings are carried out with interactive methods that are suitable for the number of participants and the target audience. Training programs can be offered either in the current training packages or restructured according to needs and the participant profile.

Training materials

Training materials suitable for the purpose of the trainings are provided for the participants. These materials can be the standard training materials used in our ready-made programs as mentioned above or special materials prepared based on the specified needs of the participants.
If desired, training materials provided by the sponsor can also be used.

Evaluation of training

If required, participants are administered a knowledge / skill evaluation before, during, and/or after the training program.
At the end of all training programs, we obtain feedback on the content and the quality of the training and recommendations for future programs from all participants.

Trainers / Facilitators

Experts of the subject matter from within or outside our company (either from training companies or academic institutions), who are suitable for the topic and the audience; serve as trainer / facilitators in our training programs.
